Repair
We repair the broken items. Please send us the broken items via courier. Then item will be examined and we will send you quotation for repair fee. After receiving your OK, we will start repair. Repaired item will be sent back to you in EMS (Express Mail Service). Please do not try remodeling nor disassembling. We can not repair the items being remodeled and disassembled.
Replacement
We replace the item which found defect at first place. In this case we'd like you to advise us so within 7 days from your receipt of the items. We need to be informed of the defect reason in advance. Then please return everything (including accessories, parts, cases, etc.) to us via courier. When the item is missing the accessories, parts and cases, we can not accept replacement. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will examine it and send you replacement right away. When we find the returned item is not defect and works normally we will send the item back to you with your next order.
